Prathap Suthan

Born among toddy and coconuts. So naturally, light upstairs. Hair on the head is a reducing natural resource. Hair on the face, however, is a blessing. In random black and white. Will write long hours for food, money, shelter, and amusement on a daily basis. Not in that order. Avid collector of free pebbles, stones, rocks, and sand from across the Earth. And beyond. Often thinks of himself as a tree.

Karan Amin

If I got covid my name would be Coronamin in Karantine! Total mad hatter aka Amino or Dr. Dizzytal the founder of 010. Pushing brands to tell their story in 10 seconds or less. Deleting Mondays. Life is a gif, make the most of it.

Tista Sen

Tista Sen has spent too long a time in advertising to not implode every time cringe catches her eye. Been there done that and yes there is a science to the madness. Worked on global brands across multinational clients and been on the jury at Cannes, Clio, D&AD, Brand Equity, Kyoorius, Young Lions, Gerety Awards, LIA, Spikes Asia, Ad Stars, The New York Festival and the One Show. This is a first.

Karl Gomes

Karl is a purpose, marketing and growth hacker. And when he’s not hacking those, he’s hacking mind, body and sleep. Karl cycles, plays football, travels to Goa on a whim and writes on waves.

Prerna Mehra

Awards and Prerna are close friends. Not only has she judged Immortal Awards, Dubai Lynx, and Young Guns by One Show, but she’s also won a bagful of them herself, like the prestigious and coveted Young Lions Design Award. Cited as the “Most Influential Youth Marketing Professional” in India, she has been a speaker at some of the most prestigious art and design Colleges in India. While advertising keeps her busy from 9 to 5 (who are we kidding), she also finds time to design clothes for Miss India-World along with accessories and jewellery for Avon’s bestsellers. Prerna believes she would have been a farmer had the diversion of advertising and marketing hadn’t taken place.

Samriddh Dasgupta

Samriddh is the Chief Marketing Officer at Heads Up For Tails. Possibly the only judge who isn’t creative by trade, but understands the dynamics of creative businesses really well. He started in film production, then did a decade long stint in advertising and another one as a marketing head with some rather interesting brands across categories and geographies. He loves to break down complex problems into bite-sized creative challenges.
